FIREFIGHTER:

The Firefighter above is wearing  his turnout gear, firefighters wear this gear to help people.

MALTEESE CROSS:

The Malteese Cross is the symbol that was designed for the fire department. 

FIRE DOG:

This dog is the same type of dog that most fire departments have. Dogs are also used to search for people when people are trapt or missing.

FIRE EDUCATION:

The Firefighter above is teaching kids the importance of fire safety. 

FIRE HYDRANT:

A fire hydrant is used to give water to the fire fighters so they can fight a fire. Fire hydrants come in different colors, shapes, and sizes.

FIRE FIGHTER:

This Fire fighter is getting ready to go into a fire. He has an air tank on his back, he also is carrying a tool in his hand called a pike pull, we use a pike pull to get anything that is burning out of the ceiling.
