Allendale Township is located approximately 10 miles West of Grand Rapids. We have Grand Valley State University on the South East corner of the township. We are bordered to the North and the East by the Grand River. We cover West to 96th Ave which is the border to Robinson Twp. To the South we are bordered by Fillmore St. which we share the border of our township with Blendon Township.  We provide Fire and Emergency Medical Services to the residents of Allendale at the EMT - Basic Level. Patients are transported to area hospitals by Primarily LIFE EMS or American Medical Response. Allendale currently has 2 of its members on the Ottawa County Hazardous Materials team.
